When we think of pumpkin, the first thought comes to our mind is "Ewwwww..i don't like it"Since my childhood i always hated pumpkin and Mum was really tired telling how good it will be for my health
The fact about it is that its one of the best known vegetables to humankind. It is not only loaded with vitamin A and antioxidants, but it’s a good source of vitamins C, K, and E, and lots of minerals, including magnesium, potassium, and iron. Its colour is beautiful and it makes us think of autumn, harvesting and brightness.
